RETURN POLICY — THE FEELZ

Return Window
We offer a 7-day return window, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unused, unwashed, not stretched, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Return Shipping & Eligibility
To start a return, please contact us at info@thefeelz.store. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.

• For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
• For personal returns (such as sizing issues, change of mind, or preference), customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
• Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Restocking Fee
A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved standard returns. This fee helps cover materials, packaging, handling, and logistics costs.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards (virtual or physical)
• Bedding that has been used or shows signs of wear
• All phone cases from The Feelz & Hey Girly collection, as they are made to order

Damages & Issues
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement or full refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Additionally, if your order is not delivered within 60 days of shipment (and the shipping address provided was correct and complete), you may qualify for a full refund.

To report an issue, please email info@thefeelz.store and include:

• A clear photo of the item and packaging (for damaged or incorrect items)
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return and place a new order once your return has been approved. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. This right does not apply to personalized or custom-made items and other legal exceptions permitted by law.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether it meets our policy requirements. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days. Banks and card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
