Damn Rainbow Rug

Room aesthetic: Dopamine, Retro

One word, DAMN, in big curvy script with a rainbow border around it. Long and narrow, about the size of a bath mat stretched out, and it does the job of a poster without using wall space.

Why You'll Love It

• It says one thing. No paragraph, no explanation. People read it in half a second and that is the whole joke.
• Rainbow means you match nothing. Every color is already in the border, so whatever cushion or lamp you own works beside it.
• Narrow enough for a rental. 15.7 x 35.4 in fits beside a bed or a dresser without committing to covering the floor.
• Good in a photo. Text rugs read clearly on camera, which a subtle pattern does not.
• Cheap way to change a room. One small rug, one strong word, and the space reads different.
