Hypno Blob Tufting Rug

Room aesthetic: Op Art, Monochrome

An optical illusion rug in black and white, with rings that pull inward so the middle looks like it is moving. It is not, but your eye keeps checking.

Why You'll Love It

• It actually moves when you walk past. The tightening rings play with your eye from the side, which a flat printed pattern never does.
• Black and white goes with everything. Same logic as a striped tee. You can put it in a room that already has too much going on.
• Blob shape, not a rectangle. The wavy outer edge means it never lines up with your bed frame, which is what makes it look intentional.
• Ten sizes. The 19.7 x 31.5 in fits a narrow gap; the big ones cover most of a small room.
• Photographs well. The pattern shows up clearly on camera, so the room looks styled even in a quick phone photo.
